King Johnnie
King Johnnie is a daily planner that keeps your tasks and habits on one screen and tracks the streaks you build. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
King Johnnie does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Information we collect
None. There is no account, sign-up or sync, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
Data stored on your device
To make the app work, King Johnnie stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage:
- Tasks: title, optional note, tunnel, priority, due date and when you completed it.
- Habits: title, tunnel, icon and weekly target.
- Habit stamps: which habit you marked on which day (streaks and the heat map are calculated from these).
- Profile: display name, avatar and the date you first opened the app.
- Settings: Monday first, show finished tasks, freeze scenery and the tab the app opens on.
- Feats you have earned and when.
This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to King Johnnie or to any third party. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it permanently.
Permissions
King Johnnie requests no runtime permissions. The Android manifest declares the standard INTERNET permission included in every Flutter project; it is never prompted for and the app makes no network requests.
Network use
Fully offline, with no HTTP client, analytics endpoint or cloud sync. If you tap Share King Johnnie on the Profile screen, a short sentence about the app goes to your system share sheet — never your tasks, habits or profile.
Third-party services
No analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, attribution or social-login SDKs. The open-source packages it uses (hive_flutter, flutter_bloc, equatable, fl_chart, share_plus, package_info_plus, flutter_animate, intl, gap, collection) run on the device.
Children's privacy
King Johnnie collects nothing from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K), and shows no ads.
Your rights
Swipe tasks away, archive or delete habits, or uninstall the app to remove everything. We hold no copy to access, export or delete.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
