FrostCard does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
FrostCard is a tip calculator and bill splitter: it works out the tip and divides the total between everyone at the table, down to the cent. The pages that follow describe, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with the things you type into it.
None. No account, no sign-up, no analytics. Amounts and labels you type stay on your phone.
For the app to work, the following is kept in the operating system's local storage, on your phone, and nowhere else:
None of it is uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes every byte.
None. The release Android manifest declares no permissions at all — not even INTERNET — and the iOS build has no usage descriptions, because nothing in the app touches the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.
FrostCard has no HTTP client, WebView or sockets and behaves identically in airplane mode. When you tap Send everyone their share or another Share button, the text goes to your system share sheet and you pick the app.
None integrated. Local open-source Flutter packages only: sqflite, provider, fl_chart, collection and share_plus.
FrostCard collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR-K), and contains no ads or purchases.
Your ledger is on your device. Uninstalling FrostCard deletes the database and every bill in it; there is no server copy for us to export or erase.
If anything in this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be revised, and material changes will appear in the app's release notes.
